The Guild of Photographers monthly awards for June were announced on the 21st July.
Steve entered three images and collected bronze, High Bronze and Silver awards.
Two of the portraits are Mark Cole, a musician friend of ours who performs psycobilly rock as Mad Dog Cole. He lives in Gosport and we have know him for many years and our photography has appeared on the artwork of his album covers.
The other is another friend Skye who be into the studio many times over the years for family and boudoir shoots.
The competition points Steve has collected this month mean he has already qualified for the prestigious Photographers Bar award. This is a mark of consistency and quality in a single photographic category, in his case portraits.
